US Business Director (East Coast)

As US Business Director you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining/implementing a 5-year business plan in conjunction with the CEO and Operations Director. • Leading initiatives that contribute to the sustainable growth of the company, with a particular focus on the US marketplace, including identifying growth opportunities and pursuing these appropriately, with support from the Business Development Team, ensuring that clients understand the capabilities of the Group. • Supporting the growth of the US business, identifying and establishing a network of contractors to support initial growth and supporting with the identification and recruitment of potential future staff. • Advising the CEO and the Operations Director concerning the most advantageous way to comply with the US rules and regulations for operating in the USA. • Providing leadership and management for client accounts, implementing relevant company policies and procedures for line reports. • Providing technical, scientific and strategic leadership of designated account teams within the company. • Assuming responsibility for maintaining high-quality client service and delivery, acting as a guardian for designated client relationships. • Contributing to resource discussions, planning and forecasting for the US business, and taking a lead role in working with the finance team, Operations Director and CEO to report profits for the US business, ultimately contributing to Group profit.
