With over 17 years' experience collaborating with high profile clients and candidates, Lissa embodies everything we stand for at Kaizen.
Having previously impressed as Internal Talent Acquisition at Quintiles and Johnson & Johnson, Lissa brought her keen eye for talent, and rare ability for relationship building together. The result – Kaizen, a dynamic and progressive Life Science and Healthcare recruitment agency.
Constructively challenging the status quo, she prides herself on attracting and developing talent who can alleviate specific business challenges, thereby providing effective long-term solutions.
Together with her team, the agency now has over 39 years' sector-wide recruitment experience, on top of 16 years' industry knowledge.

I started off my career in healthcare recruitment in 2015, where I joined a leading Pharmaceutical company and worked my way up to a senior position managing recruitment for the R&D business unit. I also have vast amount of experience in Commercial, Medical Devices and Clinical recruitment. I have worked with several large healthcare companies including Johnson & Johnson, MSD, Allergan and GE Healthcare leading recruitment and placing a number of Senior and Executive level candidates.
I most recently managed the Talent Acquisition function for a medium size specialist CRO recruiting and building teams across Europe and the US. I am passionate about working for a business that’s values are so aligned to mine … this is why I am really looking forward to being part of the Kaizen Life Sciences team.

I have over 17 years of admin/PA/customer service experience. Ranging from PA to COO of an oil related company to more recently 4 years experience in retail customer service at Department Store. I feel I excelled at providing a premium customer shopping experience in my last role.
Organising large company events (for around 400 employees) used to be one of my main roles and biggest achievements which I loved as I enjoy organising and problem solving. All of this stood me in good stead for being a stay-at-home-mum for several years, which has transpired to be my most challenging role to date!
I aim to use my “can-do” attitude positively for Kaizen Life Sciences and hope that my fondness for meeting new people shines through when chatting to prospective candidates and clients.
Fit body: fit mind is one of my mantras. How lucky am I that our offices are based in a gym. I think it's so important to exercise.
